REALTORĀ® Lunch - 03/31/07 10:49 PM
The meeting ended at 12:30 PM. The closing was at 1:00 PM. The next appointment was 2:30 PM on the far side of town. Breakfast was at 8:30 AM. The stomach was growling and complaining. Typical REALTOR® day. No time for lunch, not even at the drive-through. What's a tummy to (7 comments)
Missing House Parts - 03/31/07 10:29 PM
It's not always readily apparent when an important part of a house is missing. More often than not, one makes assumptions that some things are present. A couple of those things we assume are present are the water pipes and the electrical wiring. St. Paul has had a rash of copper (3 comments)

The return was questionable. Regardless of those (6 comments)

Several months ago Maureen McCabe asked about the statue pictured at left. It's the permanent reminder to Minneapolis residents that Mary Tyler Moore filmed her show right here in Minneapolis. That was back in the 1970's when Minneapolis was considered to be the Siberia of the States. The statue graces the (5 comments)
REALTORĀ® Reputation - 03/05/07 06:27 PM
Back in my Master's program days, there was a class on "hidden" messages that made a huge impact on me. I hadn't thought about the messages behind the illustrations on billboards, posters, TV ads, etc. I just subliminally accepted the messages without question. As the layers of impact these pictures made (14 comments)
