Last week one of the Mortgage Brokers that I work with sent me an update that read: Guidelines Tighten for Self-Employed Borrowers
Immediately, that caught my interest, because not only are many of my clients Self Employed... But as a Realtor, so am I.
In the past couple of months, there have been many changes to the rules for qualifying for a mortgage.  These changes for self employed borrowers, are just the last few, that will take place on April 9, 2010.

Lake Sundance Real Estate Market Report - February 2010 - 03/03/10 01:47 PM
Well it's beginning of March, and the spring real estate market in Calgary is already kicking into high gear.  This is the perfect time to take a peek at what's been happening in Lake Sundance home sales.
Last month, according to statistics of MLS listings courtesy of the Calgary Real Estate Board, 10 homes sold in Sundance.  All of the homes that sold in February were single family homes, and of those, 9 were detached houses, and one is an attached home.  The average sale price in the Calgary community of Sundance for February was $586,640.  The median for homes sold … (1 comments)
