As I write, there are 48 homes for sale listed on the MLS in Lake Sundance Calgary.  Back at the beginning of 2010, there were only 14 active MLS listings for this highly desireable lake community.
In fact there are so many homes to choose from, that home buyers are taking their time in selecting just the right one.  They way I see it, you can get a lot of house for the money right now.  I've watched as sellers and their Realtors have competed for buyers by dropping their prices since they first went on in the Spring.  As the … (3 comments)
