Happy New Year to one and all, it's been a week now that I have come back from vacationing in sunny Florida, and we are currently experiencing what we call a major snow storm in Toledo Ohio.  In my home town of Erie Pennsylvania, this would be a light dusting.
One of my New Year's resolutions is to think positively, and that 2009 will be fine.  So far this year it has been fine.  I am starting to read for pleasure and knowledge.  Before I must admit that reading, at least for me, was a matter of completing my work.

I want to wish everyone a Healthy and Happy New Year from Toledo Ohio. 
At our Holiday Party at RE/MAX Preferred Associates we celebrated 7 Great Years!  On our brochure was a quotation I read that I would like to share with you.
