The other day I saw on TV a very interesting segment on how parents do not talk to their children about saving and investing at an early age. They spoke about a piggy bank with three slots.  One for savings, one for investing, and one for spending. What a great idea.
As a Realtor in Toledo Ohio, I thought about the market here and if all had a 3 slotted piggy bank at an earl age, maybe the real estate market might be a little different than what we are currently experiencing.

Statistics for the last 6 months for Homes Sold in the Stranahan Elementary School District showed the average home was listed for $150,247 and Sold for $142,480.
Therefore, 3848 Sylvanwood is a good value, and I look for good activity at Sunday's Open House.
