1 in 10 people have missed a house payment. This is a National Statistic that I recently heard about while talking with an associate.. To me that is a little mind blowing. A short sale may be the answer. The problem, and there is probably a multitude of reasons why, people do not contact a Realtor quick enough. They usually wait until they get a foreclosure notice or worse yet a sheriff sale notice. They should be contacting a Realtor as soon as they have missed that first house payment due to a life changing event.

This past year I have been Worm composing or Vermicomposting. I have been using 2 bins in my basement. I did not want to put a drain hole in the bottom because I felt it would attract gnats with the "tea" out in the open.
Last week I purchased a kerosene pump from the local farm and tractor store. The cost was just a few dollars. I then propped the bins on one side with a couple of bricks I had in my garage. Next I used cardboard on the inside to try and keep the worms, and shredded paper away from … (7 comments)
