As an agent with Key Realty, I wanted to share a recent email I received from my broker Dennis Degnan.
"How do Americans view the housing market, home prices, mortgage rates, and whether or not it's a good time to buy or sell a home?
According to the most recent results, the end of summer coincided with a boost in optimism among potential home buyers, especially current renters.

Quite honesty not to many people know about Sylvania Ohio which is just outside of Toledo. If you mention Toledo people relate to the tv program Mash, Tony Pacos' Hungarian food, The Mudhens which is the farm team for the Detroit Tigers, the University of Toledo, and Toledo Museum of Glass to name just a few associations with Toledo. As a Realtor with Key Realty, I wanted to talk a bit about why would anyone want to buy a villa that is at least 3,000 sq ft. The last time a 3,000 sq ft villa was purchased in the Sylvania School District was March 4, 2005 according to the Toledo Regional Association of Realtors. People as they are getting older want to downsize, don't they?

As a Realtor with Key Realty, I am often asked when is the best time to sell my house? My answer is if you house is in great condition and is priced right for the area, anytime is a Great time to sell your house. I remember not to long ago I sold a house during a level 2 snow emergency. The house was priced right, we had 7 showings on the house over the weekend, and by Tuesday and I had multiple offers on the home. So anytime is a great time to sell your house.

Being a Realtor for Key Realty, it seems the buyers of Northwest Ohio seem to have champagne taste on a beer budget. Just the other day I had an agent schedule a viewing for one of my listings in Sylvania Ohio. The house matched the buyers' price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, but did not have the in-ground swimming pool the buyers were looking for in their next new home. I can understand the agent wanting to show the house because the back yard could accommodate a built -in swimming pool. My Broker at Key Realty recently sent out an email that I would like to share with you.
Freddie Mac released on October 23rd, 2015 it's updated Multi-Indicator Market Index (MiMi). It stated the U.S. Housing market is continuing to stabilize at a slow rate. Two additional areas were entering into the outer range of housing activity. These two areas were Scranton and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Stella and I are snooping around the Waterford Village subdivision in Sylvania Twp. This neighborhood is located off of Bancroft between Centennial and Crissey Rd.
A couple of school stystems attended by children in this neighborhood are the schools in the Sylvania Public School System and the West Side Montesorri Schools.
