In 40 years I would be your toughest sell to date!  I had a life long reputation for standing firm after 27 years of service to my country.  My 15 years of real estate drew on that experience as a tough well tested and truely hardened "negotiator" ---
Then one day, my office phone rang not long ago --- and this gent said an associate of mine had recommended he call me --- he went on to say, she said if I would give you a few minutes of my time, you could make it worth my while.
