In the past 8 years I have been enjoying a steady and sucsessful real estate career. I have had all kinds of buyers and sellers, closers and lenders.
I have worked with some really stressed out people, and I must say, those crab apples are missing out!
I enjoy the journey, not just the rewards. I get involved in a fair amount of messy details in people's lives which could be an opportunity to be crabby.
I make a conscious effort to be fun to work with. Now what does this mean?

2008 the year the snow was GREAT!
WOW. Record snowfall here in Spokane, WA.
It is New Years eve, and looking back on a December to remember.
60 inches of snow in 17 days! A RECORD SNOWFALL for December in Spokane, WA since the dawning of the age of Aquarius. (Since records have been kept, I believe 1881) !
It is the best of times for playing and such. Watching the kids brings back magical memories of jumping off our second story house on Mission street when I was a youngster into a big snow!

Family Traditions... few and far between they were in my large Irish Catholic family of nine. But...when I was little, I was the baby of the family for nearly 10 years. We never had a lot of money, and when the surprise second set of twins came along, I became the displaced baby of the family.
But one magical Christmas memory was a favorite tradition.
We would leave the baby Jesus out of our ceramic manger scene until Christmas morning. Then the youngest child would get to place Jesus in his manger first thing on Christmas morning. It was a sacred … (5 comments)

On Nov. 29th,2008 I produced a concert with my extended family to benefit the Starlight Childrens foundation. It was a huge undertaking, hundreds hours of volunteering, and it was an overwhelming sucsess!
4 generations of my family performed. It was an incredible event! About 600 people attended and we raised over 30,000$ (before expenses) for the cause! We are considering making this an annual experience for a different charity each year. 3 have already asked !It was an experience of a lifetime!

The South Hill in Spokane, WA is bursting with new activities, and great things to do! I am going to keep you informed of my new favorites.
1. The Village at Regal Pond
A beautiful village of resteraunts and shops with relaxing patios on the pond! Located at the 4300 block of South Regal.
All of the resteraunts are good!
The Fountain at the Village at Regal Pond. Wadells and the Laguna Cafe' have LIVE MUSIC!

GREETINGS from the great northwest! (Priest lake Pictured)
I am a lifelong resident of Spokane, Wa. and if you have never visited the inland northwest...well you may want to consider it. The real estate market here is steady, stable, and still doing well all things considered.
In 2007 we had aproximatley an 8% increase in appriciation overall, and we are predicted to have an increase of somewhere around 4.2% this year.
Even more enticing than the market here, is the quality of LIFE! There is so much to do in the greater Spokane area, especially if you love the outdoors. … (1 comments)
