Defining Questions When Looking for Home are as important to the Buyer as they are their Realtor.
If you take just a little time to prepare well and answer some important questions, your process will be much smoother and more satisfying when looking for a home. Seeing " more " homes is not necessarily as good as seeing less of the right homes. In fact, in my experience it is critical to carefully weigh many defining questions prior to looking at someones private home.

Are you ready to buy a HOME ?
I have been selling real estate now over 11 years. I absolutely LOVE what I do!
One thing I seem to run into several times a year, are people who want to go out and look at homes before they are truly ready.
Part of my job as a real estate professional is to help people assess their goals, motivations and abilities to buy.
Here is what I recommend as an answer to the question, AM I READY TO BUY A HOUSE?
