Spokane Real Estate Market Forecast 2017 ! Well, if the truth be told, I cannot predict what 2017 will bring for the Spokane Real Estate Market or anything else for that matter - But, after 13 years of experience, I have a gut feeling. 2016 brought a record number of " sales/transactions " over al l- however, we had a noticeable lack of sellers/listings when compared to the year before.
