I am a life long resident of Spokane WA and I am proud of it!
Many feel they have to move away from their home town to have a fulfilling life. I chose to stay and I love the connections and roots I have here.
As a Realtor, I feel that I can service people moving to Spokane and help people who are considering relocation to Spokane WA in a unique way. I have a history of success in the local real estate market here, and more importantly I have a feel for all of the different areas.

I have a passion for helping people relocate to my city-Spokane, WA. No offense to anyone in particular but I don't appreciate paying those hefty relocation referral fee's which are often as much as 40%. Don't get me wrong- I have paid my share of them, and occasionally I still land a company referral with a fee attached and service them well.
Why not do everything you can to be the local " go to" agent for relocation in your city! I have done very well on my own with relocation clients and I plan on stepping up my game in … (55 comments)

We have the most AMAZING EVENT for NEW YEARS EVE IN SPOKANE WA!
It is called First Night Spokane ! There is nothing like it anywhere! Our whole downtown Spokane for miles is one huge FESTIVAL of art, music, activities, and s much more.
This is an event for the WHOLE FAMILY. It is just one more reason why there is NO PLACE LIKE SPOKANE WA.!

In Spokane Wa. we having the amazing privilege of having 76 lakes within close driving distance. Some are 20 minutes from downtown, some as far as two hours. A majority are about 45 minutes from Spokane. That is not a typo, yes I said 76 lakes!
I LOVE LAKES!
We just spent a week at the stunning and pristine Priest Lake Idaho, which is a two hour drive from Spokane.
AMAZING, REFRESHING, RELAXING, PRIMITIVE FORESTS, CRYSTAL CLEAR MOUNTAIN WATER, HUCKLEBERRIES, GREAT RESORTS, MAJESTIC HIKES, I have said it before and I will say it again, the Pacific Northwest is God's Country!

Having raised five amazing children here in Spokane Wa. I can't say I am suprised that Parenting Magazine has named Spokane Wa in the top ten places for families!
"Parenting Magazine has named Spokane Wa one of the top 10 American hometowns in its 'Best Cities for Families' article.
It's an award based on mom's top criteria for keeping their families happy, healthy and safe.
The magazine says Spokane was recognized for its fair weather, three Blue Ribbon schools, 4,100 acres of parks, playgrounds, and pools, and two children's hospitals.

It amazes me that some really great folks have found me online! I can honestly say, I love the adventure! My neighbor is now one of my very best friends, and she found me on the web! After showing her many homes all over town, she picked the one 2 doors down from me! I did NOT tell her where I lived until AFTER she said: " This is the one!"
