spokane realtor: Lifelong Spokane Resident and proud of it! - 09/15/11 10:45 PM
I am a life long resident of Spokane WA and I am proud of it! Many feel they have to move away from their home town to have a fulfilling life. I chose to stay and I love the connections and roots I have here. As a Realtor, I feel that I can service people moving to Spokane and help people who are considering relocation to Spokane WA in a unique way. I have a history of success in the local real estate market here, and more importantly I have a feel for all of the different areas. Downtown Spokane is

spokane realtor: They googled " Honest Realtor" and found ME! - 03/14/11 10:56 AM
I have been working with a delightful young couple. As usual, when they contacted me I set up a pre-showing interview so we could get aquainted. We went over their wish- list of things they wanted in their first home. I also like to find out about their hobbies, and recreation interests. We chit chat a little bit because I want my new buyers to feel comfortable with me. I have a son about their age, and one thing I noticed internally was that I want these kids to be treated the way I would want my own kids treated if

spokane realtor: Odds of selling your Spokane home - 02/06/11 09:26 PM
What are the odds of selling your Spokane home? I think the most critical piece of information you can share with a potential seller is their actual odds of selling. When people list their home for sale, they assume it will sell- not always the case. Here are the actual number for 2010: Odds of Selling by month: JAN. 6% FEB. 7% MARCH 12% APRIL 15% MAY 16% JUNE 15% JULY 10 % AUG. 10 % SEPT. 9 % OCT. 10 % NOV. 9 % DEC. 12% This clearly shows us that in the BEST POSSIBLE MONTH your home has

spokane realtor: Be the Relocation Guru in YOUR area! - 01/06/11 11:06 AM
I have a passion for helping people relocate to my city-Spokane, WA. No offense to anyone in particular but I don't appreciate paying those hefty relocation referral fee's which are often as much as 40%. Don't get me wrong- I have paid my share of them, and occasionally I still land a company referral with a fee attached and service them well. Why not do everything you can to be the local " go to" agent for relocation in your city! I have done very well on my own with relocation clients and I plan on stepping up my game in

spokane realtor: When Less is More - 11/29/10 03:32 PM
There should be a whole lot more buyin' and a whole lot less cryin' goin' on! If people truly understood the purchase power they have at this time, none of us would be getting a day off. Let's make it a point to pick up the phone and let everyone know...when rates are this low...you can buy far more home! For example, when rates are at 6% it takes an annual income of about 90,000$ to qualify for a 320,000 home (variables apply). When rates dip to 4.5, the annual income qualifications for that same home are about 78,000. In THIS

spokane realtor: When SOI and SEO Collide! - 08/07/10 02:36 PM
There are only so many sources for prospects in our business. With 20% of agents doing 80% of the business, it warrants the question: Where do the top producer's get their business? There is no simple answer. It may depend on how many years they have been in real estate. But then again, I have seen new agents run circles around "experienced" agents. The largest current pools for leads are SOI (Sphere of Influence): People you know and their referrals, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) : Internet leads generated by your website, lead sources, blogging, and social networking. While there is

spokane realtor: Spokane Wa Market Report for June 2010! - 07/10/10 10:48 AM
Each month I post the Spokane Association of Realtor monthly report for Spokane Wa. These statistics reflect sales for residential properties on one acre or less. As for myself, this has been a steady year. Not too crazy busy, and not too slow. I am particularly curious how sales will continue and compare now that the tax credit's are behind us. However, there are still some tax credits that apply for active military personnel. Ask your accountant or Realtor for details! Spokane Wa real estate is alive and well and has proven to be one of the more stable markets in

spokane realtor: What the When the Why the Where the How the Who the? - 02/22/09 09:57 PM
When meeting with potential buyers and sellers, I often ask alot of questions. WHAT are the goals you would like me to help you achieve? WHEN would you like to achieve them? WHY would you like to move? (buy, sell...) WHERE would you like to go/be? HOW can we accomplish your goals together? WHO...other than me would better represent you?! Nobody, that's who! I think it is very important to have a comprehensive understanding of your clients motivations. It really helps me give personalized service, honest feedback, and be sensitive to their individual circumstances. I provide outstanding service to outstanding people!

It amazes me that some really great folks have found me online! I can honestly say, I love the adventure! My neighbor is now one of my very best friends, and she found me on the web! After showing her many homes all over town, she picked the one 2 doors down from me! I did NOT tell her where I lived until AFTER she said: " This is the one!" We met online, (she found my website) and developed a good rapport over several weeks. This has now happened for me many times. I feel greatly enriched finding homes for
