The Perry District in Spokane Wa is am amazingly charming neighborhood comprised of mostly older homes (1920-ish) on Spokane's South Hill.
This district is becoming some what of a hot spot for art, culture, and wellness.
Home Prices there vary from about 120,000-200,000 with some exceptions. There is a neighborhood park (Grant Park) and in the Spring-Fall they enjoy art festivals, farmers market and outdoor movies at the local hub...THE SHOP. The Shop is an old automotive place, gone coffee shop.
There are several local business worth checking out in the Perry District.

This park is am immense playground for dog lovers, familes, and swimmers. With a large play area, and a full basketball court, Comstock is a family favorite.
