Frost is on the windows this morning and snow will come again. Your home is on the market as the seasons change. Like the snows, buyers will come to your listed home, assuming it's properly priced in the market. True, there are traditionally fewer buyers in the winter months in Colorado, as elsewhere in the northern states. When the weather turns cold and nasty, only the serious buyers go looking. Gone with the leaves are the looky-loos gathering decorating ideas as they create their own "Parade of Homes" driven around by Realtor chauffers.
