Sedona Real Estate Market Conditions for Sunday 6-5-11 A sleepy Sunday, not much posting activity to report. The lone 'Price Increase' was actually an 8% price reduction entered with a typo (the data entry was missing one of those all-important zeros) and obviously had to be corrected. Too bad it shows up as an increase. This certainly illustrates the value of proof-reading. A good agent will look at the history, but it does cause this listing to miss standing out as a reduction on the daily hot sheet.
