Thank you Jim Swingle, the on-site agent and marketing director for Villages of Apex, a new subdivision in Apex, NC.   Last week I had the opportunity to see a detailed presentation of this dynamic new subdivision in the Research Triangle Park area.  I must say I did NOT know that the Villages included so many opportunities.
