April Home Sales Stats for "Shady Hollow Estates" & "Shady Hollow" - 05/10/12 11:20 AM
As a ten year Shady Hollow resident and Realtor I want to share the most recent sales stats in April 2012 for our neighborhood. Shady Hollow and Estates of Shady Hollow neighborhoods are comprised of homes built on larger than average lots between .39 and 1.75 acres. This means yards are typically large and often private backing to greenbelts, parks or Slaughter Creek. These homes were built between 1977 and 1999. The downtown condo market was pretty flat last year, but that is changing in 2012. What was a lackluster winter sales period is now a surging market. There were 17 more downtown condos sold in March 2012. The prices are remaining strong with buyer demand rising. These sales were in the following properties: The Austonian, The Four Seasons Residences, The Spring and The W. While many of these projects started back in 2009, many have only recently completed units for residential use.
