"A new luxury residential development is breaking ground on The Reserve at Brushy Creek. Its a 30 acre community that will add 130 single family homes near the intersection of Brushy Creek and Parmer Lane. The developer is Milestone Community Builders, one of Mission Mortgage’s preferred builders. Austin Texas has a lot to offer a home buyer. Our luxury home market has been exploding over the last ten years. There are more luxury homes for sale in Austin than ever before. Enclosed you will find details on the six most expensive homes in Travis county Lake Travis that are for sale now. You will find the number of "days on the market" before selling varies quite a bit but the average is 341Active Days and 789 Cumulative days on the market. As a south Austin residential Realtor, I live in the car dashing from one showing to the next. So I have the opportunity to see the latest and greatest additions to our community. I want to share some of the most recent changes in our local Austin landscape. Now Open: The Hollows at Slaughter Creek- Pulte Homes has just revealed they have 211 lots and are building new homes with 1273-1980 square feet. This community is on West Slaughter Lane, in between Manchaca Road and South 1st Street. Kerbey Lane Cafe - After 25 years at 2700 S. Lamar they have moved a few (0 comments)

My love of astronomy began when I was just a little girl. My Mom would take us out sometimes before bed and we would gaze at the stars and make a wish if we saw a falling star. Occasionally we would head to Galveston beach and have a stargazing camp out! I would wonder how far away the stars were and how old they were. Did my great grandparents see the same stars I was looking at? I was like many children that age full of questions! Those are without a doubt some of my favorite childhood memories. As a Austin Realtor I see plenty of homes, some are more memorable than others. Even a mundane home can have a fun and frivolous mailbox.
