Double Dip in Phoenix Metro Real Estate? Yes, and it already occurred!
On October 11, 2010 our market dipped to a lower point than the original "bottom" that occurred in April 2009 (which was $82.09). It dipped to $81.96 per sq. ft. (according to Cromford Report). The prices have bounced up a bit since then. They are currently $84.05 per square foot as an average throughout the valley. The statistics are showing a slight trend upward and are predicting improvement in the months ahead.

According to www.hauntedhouseratings.com there are 2 Haunted Houses in Mesa, AZ that get a 10 out of 10 rating!
The Gauntlet Haunted House at Golfland is located at 155 W. Hampton Mesa, AZ 85210 and their website is www.golflandfrightnight.com  
I have a friend who went there last week and she said she screamed her head off. So, if you like to "Scream your head off" I would highly recommend checking out Golfland.
The other one is The Crypt Haunted Attraction. It recently moved to Fiesta Mall located at US 60 and Alma School. That one is supposed to be very scary … (0 comments)

3rd Quarter Sales Price per Square Foot Drops for Phoenix Market - 10/05/10 06:55 PM

Sales prices fell 8.4% in the 3rd quarter. Our prices had leveled off in April 2009 and rose slighly only to be pushed further down this past quarter. Many analysts are hinting at bumping along the bottom, but really who is to say where the bottom is anymore. The good news is that the end of September saw a trend of a slight upward movement that should put the numbers not decreasing further.
