Springfield Lakes is located in South Chandler at Riggs and Gilbert Roads. This lovely neighborhood features a Community Pool, Playground and Basketball Court and is located on the Popular Lone Tree Golf Course. The neighborhood has rebounded quite quickly from the wave of Foreclosures Chandler saw in the past 5 years. Currently, there are only 2 homes set for Foreclosure/Auction. That is pretty remarkable considering there are over 300 homes located in Springfield Lakes. My charts below show the sales in the past month.
