Recently my buyers closed on a house. They had a pool guy come out to give them a quote on monthly chemical maintenance. When he looked at the equipment he said you know there is no heater here for the spa. What?!?! My buyers called me and said they had just found out that the spa did not have a heater. I was completely taken back. What do you mean it doesn't have a heater? Doesn't that seem like something the inspector should have told us? I am not a pool inspector, my clients are not experts on spa's. This seems … (4 comments)
