TO APPRAISE OR NOT TO APPRAISE, THAT IS THE QUESTION?
THE ISSUE:
In the last three contract negotiations I was involved in over the past month, the appraisal became a real big issue. I know many Buyers and Sellers are having a challenging time figuring out how to handle appraisals. Here's what I have come up with.
BUYERS POSITION
