The numbers don't lie!
As of August 31, 2010:
Only 11.1% percent of the available inventory in Baltimore County was under contract. Just 12.8% in Harford County, and.. A dismal 8.1% in Baltimore City! If you are considering the sale of your home and are serious about selling, you need to know this. Homes are selling. Which ones? Appropriately priced homes in great condition. In other words - the buyer sees VALUE.
