I love cats! Actually I love all furry critters so when my son brought home a female cat who had been abused I was glad to help her.  Bella is a 5 year old female who had never been spade so we scheduled her shots, a necessary preliminary, along with blood work due to her age.  In the meantime we put our best efforts into making friends.  She's very fearful because of the treatment she's received.

The common assumption by many people who purchase a townhome is that the association takes care of everything on the building exterior and the grounds for them and the association fee covers those expenses, including in many cases insurance on the building.  The reality can be quite different.

We just returned from a week long visit to The Netherlands to attend our son's wedding and meet our new daughter-in-law's family.  It was a real eye opener for this American Realtor!
Our first stop was a bed and breakfast in Amsterdam.  Really just a room rented out in one of those grand old buildings.  Though we've been overseas before we've never had the opportunity to visit resident's homes and talk with them about their life styles before.
