Maryland Goes Sentrilock - 02/03/08 06:56 AM
Well Maryland Realtors in only a few hours the new Sentrilock Lockboxes will be rolled out. Anne Arundel Rolls out the new boxes Monday. (I know Southern Maryland has had them.)
There has been so much discussion around my office about the new lockboxes and the limited access among realtors from different boards. It appears for a time that we will carrying two methods of accessing homes 1) Sentrilock 2) Supra for those of us who do business in the adjoining boards area. This will carry an additional cost for most of us. Most of us will have to rent the keypad from another board (21 comments)
Exercises for sitting at your computer - 02/01/08 07:43 AM
• Stand up every half hour. Walk around a few steps, stretch your legs, and give your eyes a break from focusing on your computer screen. • Roll your head slowly from side to side a few times periodically. • Stretch your arms, legs, neck, and torso while sitting. This will help prevent you from feeling stiff. · Sit properly in a good chair designed for desk work. Your back should be straight, and your head and eyes should be looking directly at your monitor. If you live where it turns cold in the winter, you might find exercise during this time of year much more difficult. Here are a few tips to get you thinking about staying active all year long! Find exercise videos you love and carve out a space indoors with the equipment you need. Weather will not stop you from burning calories! Use TV commercial breaks! Find a magazine article, book or other resource showing exercises to work all major muscle groups, and do a set of repetitions during each commercial. You'll get a 20-minute workout during one 60-minute show! Join a walking (2 comments)
