Have you ever had this happen to you?
I have a property listed in the local MLS.  They commission rate is there for all who subscribe to see. The rate is the fair market rate for my area also.  Realtor B - shows my property and later sends in an offer that includes a request for Realtor B to be paid a "selling agent bonus" in addition to the offered compensation.  This bonus would be coming from my seller.
My concern was over whether this is legal and ethical?
