Not only is Spring here but so many of our fabulous redbuds and bradford pear trees are blooming already!  I think Colorado is in for snow again!  Tulsa has a terrific moderate climate and so many things to do for a city of our size.  Property values remain stable and constant,  and the cost of living is moderate compared to many other cities in our nation.  Our local school systems have won awards locally and nationally.  With the opening of the new BOK arena downtown, concerts, sporting events, and ice skating will now be available year round!  There are wonderful stately homes available and plenty of new construction in all price ranges.  It's good to be in Tulsa!!
