Zillow Just Made Me Look Like A Rockstar! - 02/16/12 07:50 PM
As we all know, the use/non-use of third-party aggregators (i.e. Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) has been discussed, disputed, and rebutted repeatedly over the past three weeks. Several real estate companies have announced (quite publicly I might add) with pride that they would no longer support the use of "the big three", as they are more interested in keeping all of their leads in-house. Without going into too much detail in this post (this horse has been beat to death lately), suffice it to say that there are some very strong opinions out there, both for and against the use of these sites

When looking at total sales, January sales of 6,455 represented a 17.7% drop from December. This is the 2nd largest drop we have seen in the past 12 months, surpassed only by a 24.4% drop in July/2011.
