As we all know, the use/non-use of third-party aggregators (i.e. Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) has been discussed, disputed, and rebutted repeatedly over the past three weeks. Several real estate companies have announced (quite publicly I might add) with pride that they would no longer support the use of "the big three", as they are more interested in keeping all of their leads in-house. When looking at total sales, January sales of 6,455 represented a 17.7% drop from December. This is the 2nd largest drop we have seen in the past 12 months, surpassed only by a 24.4% drop in July/2011. I immediately went to my Dashboard at DS, and found several items had been manipulated/changed.
