Holy Cow!  Rates went down, down, down yesterday.  One local lender was quoting 5.375% on a 30yr conventional fixed with 0% origination.  It doesn't get much better than that.  If you have been looking and thinking of buying a home now is a great time.  Don't let the media pursuade you.  My suggestion is that we turn the tv, radio and other news outlets off and focus on Thanksgiving.  And...there is much to be thankful for.  Good health, family, friends, jobs, homes, and the list goes on.  Emerald Dunes Real Estate and it's agents wish you and your family a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving!
