There are many good reasons why sellers should list their Denver home in December, such as low inventory, less competition, a more serious buyer pool, etc. Once you have decided that now is a better time to sell, the next question becomes, should you decorate your home for the holidays?
On one hand, a decorated home feels more warm and inviting, and on the other, over-decorating may cause clutter and distract potential buyers from seeing the bones of the house. It’s important to consider both viewpoints.
