I recently had an experience that I am quite puzzled about. I've been living in my current neighborhood since 1992 and for the most part, have enjoyed living here. I've seen neighbors come and go and there is only one remaining that was here when I moved in.
Over the past year, I started to notice more and more foreclosures, both HUD and bank-owned. As a realtor and member of the newly formed Blockwatch association of 532 homes, I found it rather alarming that almost every street in the two subdivisions encompassing the blockwatch had at least one foreclosed property.
