Auction Versus Tag Sale

Auctions produce true market value. My recent launch of On-line only estate Auctions was a great experience. a willing and waiting list of buyers. Poised to grow but no calls in 2 months!!! I can help many folks if they will get in the mindset to do business. Still not a lot of RE activity. Sellers have not really adjusted to where the market is. Lots of listings but few buyers! What can we do to get it off the fence? On-line Estate Auctions are the future in the present. Exposure of goods to thousands instead of a few!
