low rates: Slow, Slower, Slowest

I have been in the Real Estate business since 1983. This year I have never seen such a low # of Realty transfers in our Sunday paper, I have more fingers to count. I am searching for positive results, outcomes, and activity-to know where to turn for an Auction to work on. There just seems to be no confidence in the marketplace! What is going to be in the offering this Fall when all the gimmmicks, rebates,tax credits are in the wind. Rates are great, 100% financing is still available and prices are the lowest I have ever experienced but where are … (0 comments)
