I can remember in the 1980’s and 1990’s there was a steady influx of Real Estate Gurus selling their wares across Canada. In the Fraser Valley they often use the three hundred seat theater at our board offices as well as local hotels and on one occasion a movie theatre.
Mike Ferry, Howard Britton, Roger Butcher, and many others paid regular visits with one day speaker engagements as they peddled their cassette tapes.
Today we get the occasional “free seminar” which is solely intended to enroll us in expensive coaching programs.

Talked to Bill Nasby tonight. Eight-one years old and still driving around North America in his RV doing workshops on Creative Visualization and door knocking. Many of you will know that Bill has had some cancer concerns in the past but is now 100% cancer free. It was conquered Bill's way.
