I remember when I first got my real estate license, way back when in 1985. Listen up all you kids, as a real estate agent in those days I had to walk to work barefoot in the snow, uphill, both ways. A cup of coffee cost 5¢, a gallon of gas was 35¢... oh wait, wrong memory, sorry.
