I was reading Warren Buffetts letter to his shareholders and I was impressed with his way of putting things forward like he was speaking to a friend. His Berkshire holdings owns some of the largest companies involved in the home building industries. He was describing what is going on in the market and how it will go from here and I thought it was interesting so I will post it here with all due appreciation to the wizard....
