What does trust mean to me? that is a tough question and one that demands our attention. Trust is realy the bedrock of civilaztion from way back when to tomorrow, without trust you have nothing else.
Back in the days when civilazation was realy not that civilized

Ok so we are working on our brokerage with a five year plan of being able to franchise it. I am hoping to include some services to make it a one stop shop for home buyers and sellers. what third party or additional services would you want to come equipped with your franchise if you were to buy one and start a new brokerage or change over your current one?

How would like the web pressence to be? How about technology?
Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.

Badges? we Don't Nee NO Stinking Badges! - 01/12/12 09:48 AM
In a recent post by Nikesh Parekh (Active Rain Employee) she explained what the
Ambassador Program is all about. I started thining about badges andif we realy need them. It is kid of like a gold star when we were in first grade and as such who needs them we are all adults or supposed to be! On further review it is nice to be recognized for doing something well and being helpful, so the Active rain Ambassador Program, in my not so humble opinion, is a great idea. A few years ago my mother decided to sell her summer home  in Cape May,NJ. It was listed for well over a million dollars with a 6 percent commission. I was working for Weichert Realtors at the time and had drank the yellow cool-aid so I used their referral system and connected the agent with my mom. Funny thing ,Weichert does not have an office capable of handling the deal but whatever. So this Century 21 agent takes the deal and my mom signs up etc. During the process of the listing we get no feedback, some ok advertising, but nothing … (3 comments)
