There Will Always Be Something Bigger, Better and Hopefully Cheaper Around the CornerIf you wait long enough those PLASMA big screen TV’s will be cheap enough to buy, but once that happens some bigger and better TV will come out so why not wait.  A former colleague of mine told me a story about his dad waiting for the next best TV to come on the market to be cheap enough to buy, but every time that TV was cheap enough technology produced something better so he waited.  Decades later, he still doesn’t own a TV.Do you see where I’m going … (8 comments)

  This weekend I sat through a teleconference that Borino and Jennifer Allan hosted about how to get your listings sold successfully.  By the way if you weren't there you missed an incredible talk that was extremely helpful for those of us trying to hone in our listing skills to help sellers get their homes sold.

buyers: When Your Buyer Makes An Offer, Then I’ll Address His Questions - 05/04/08 02:49 PM
  I notice this happening more and more in Humboldt County, California.  The listing agent doesn’t want to give too much information about their seller’s property, whether we’re talking about vacant land or a home, unless the buyer is “serious” and willing to put in an offer.   Why dig a little bit more to provide comprehensive info about the property if the buyer isn’t going to make an offer, right? So here’s my question:
