Does print advertising still work in the real estate business?  I have heard arguments on both sides of this issue and have to say that both sides have very valid points.  My question is, If print advertising didn't work, then why do agents still use it?

On December 1st many of us in Perry Hall Maryland will receive our NEW Tax Assessments that cover the next three years of taxes for our properties.  Since much of this area has a ton of New Construction that was overpriced and blew up during the past year and a half or so, it is absolutely imperative that you take a long hard look at your assessment this year.  Make sure you check the comparative properties that have actually SOLD in your area and make sure that the value accurately reflects what you are paying on your tax assessment.

Can you believe the amount of listings on the MLS that do not have any pictures, I can't!  I can tell you that the buyers in today's market WANT TO SEE PHOTOS and not just one or two, but lots and lots of them.  As an agent, the only reason I can understand why a listing may not have a photo is because it was just listed and they did not have the time to put the pictures into the system before submitting the listing into the MLS.
