MLB's Trading Deadline Looms !!! - 07/24/11 03:33 PM
     Living in Phillies territory these last couple of years(2007-2011) has been exciting each July 31rst.  That date is MLB's trade deadline and most contending teams are shopping for upgrades right to the midnite hour ! This year's top trade prospect now appears to be Carlos Beltran of the Mets who is having an allstar year. Several teams(including the Fightins) are in the running for Beltran. Other missing pieces teams are looking for includes pitching, both starting and relief ! The Padres Heath Bell is the reliever who could close for most teams.

Wow My Office has issued a Mandate- Paperless by Sept. 1 !!! - 07/23/11 08:17 PM
     In February of this year (2011) the entire KELLER WILLIAMS system marched all 80,000 of it's agents to doing business completely PAPERLESS ! My office(which KW calls a Market Center) has issued an edict that effective 9/1/11, it will no longer accept any form of paper files to document a current and eventually settled transaction. We will be using the incredible DotLoop system, which includes electronic signatures to enact a completely paperless transaction ! 
     The system includes an invite to the other(cooperating) agent for them and their client to also participate in this paperless transaction. It will automatically set up … (17 comments)

Why do I need Office Space at My Brokers Office ??!!! - 07/21/11 09:56 AM
   About 1.5 years ago I got into a disagreement with the former owner of our company. It revolved around the redesigning of office space I was renting from the company. Unable to come to a meeting of the minds, I told him he could KEEP HIS OFFICE SPACE ! I took everything out of the office and set up a quasi- home office.
     It turned out to be a great move ! Working virtual has helped me MAX out the available hours I have in a business day ! Nowhere near the distractions a typical real estate office has. … (18 comments)
