Have you ever been to a Snitz Fest ? Well this Saturday I'm heading to the historic Han Herr House to participate in the annual festival. Each year's festival invites you to experience early American crafts, farm life and of course foods. I'll be sampling the dozens of traditional foods and jump into several hands-on activities. Costomed artisans will be demonstrating Pennsylvania German and Native American skills such as out door baking, scrubbing laundry with a washboard, churning butter, heckling flax and splitting shingles. Good thing there's plenty of food !

Can the Boston Red Sox's Hold On ?!!! - 09/27/11 09:59 AM
The Major League Baseball Season has come down to two games for the Boston Dead Red Sox's ! Once in charge with a commanding 8.5 game lead over rival Tampa Bay rays the Sox's find themselves tied with the Rays and fighting to make the playoffs. Injuries have taken their toll, but the collapse can be traced to horrid starting pitching during the month of September. GM Theo made a huge mistake not acquiring Rich Harden in July. We were all shocked by the announcement last week about the defections of two Big East teams,Pitt and Cuse. The were courted into the expanding ACC(who now has pilfered 5 former Big East members). Started as a Basketball league the Big East has struggled on the football field. The Big East basketball program is extremely talented yet, but massive recruiting is needed to save the Football side of things ! So who's out there that could help turn the program around ? Russel Ray beware, I've got a new strategy to catch ya ! It's called "SPAM Detection" ! The last 20+ AR blog posts I've visited all were infected with Online Store SPAM ! In case you are new to the Rain , you may not be aware that reporting SPAM is worth 10 points(per report) !!! My new strategy to catapult to the TOP is to merely click on 100 AR blog posts per day and report SPAM !!! (10x100= 1,000 more daily points). I found myself saying" I think they can make it in real estate."
