Load up your car with friends and family and do what many did this past week:  Go to Elizabeth Farms and have a complete Christmas adventure! WONDERFUL! It's like a throw back to a bygone era!  You will feel like the Walton family trekking up Walton's Mountain to pick just the right Christmas tree...as fresh as the driven snow.  What a smell!!! Downtown Lancaster(PA) for the Holidays, Nov.25-Dec.24 !!! - 11/20/11 12:04 PM
     The City of Lancaster,PA, is getting ready to launch it's annual Holiday Celebration starting this Friday Nov.25. This kicks off a month long series of special holiday events/activities, and shopping at over 100 Downtown Lancaster merchants. It all begins this Friday at 6:30 and Santa himself arrives at 7:00. At 7:15 hundreds will watch the official Lighting of Lancaster's Christmas Tree at Penn Square followed by Tuba Christmas. I've Trained over 20,000, Less than 1,000 Still in the Business -WHY ? - 11/13/11 09:42 AM
     For the last 30+ years I have trained well over 20,000 real estate agents in a myriad of real estate topics. What have been the results of my lifelong pursuit - less than 1,000 agents are still in the real estate business ! With results like this, I should be fired, or at least agents shouldn't be so quick to take my advice ! But before the cynics roast me alive, let's examine the root cause of this distressing ration of < 1 out of 20 succeeding in real estate !

Can't Get Things Done ? You May Not Need Time Management Help ! - 11/12/11 03:00 PM
     Often there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day. We have piles of incomplete tasks on our desks. We push things back a day or so and proclaim I ran out of time today. We cite the importance of uncompleted tasks and proclaim one of these days Ill get a round to it( just what is a round tuit anyway?). Do any of these sound familiar ? You'd better get better organized or take a Time Management Class, you tell yourself !

     This is a week that no Penn State alumni could have ever envisioned and certainly will never forget ! State College was rocked to it's very core with a grand injury child sexual abuse scandal which led to the firing of both the universitiy's President and iconic/legendary coach Joe Paterno. It has become clear to all PSU alums that while we recover from this week's shock and mourn the loss of our beloved JoePa, our attention must turn to the child victims.
