famous sayings: Quotes To Live By and Customer Care - 06/29/08 05:30 PM
Quotes To Live By & Customer Care A friend who is a Sales, Business Development and Marketing Evangelist, recently pointed me to the “Quotes To Live By” page on his blog. I was expecting these famous quotes to be sales and marketing related. I was pleasantly surprised that mostly they were related to customer care.
As an example, this quotation from Sam Walton:
“There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.”
- Sam Walton
