Are there seasonal and holiday related searches in the Real Estate business?  I don't know the answer to that, except is certain niche markets.  One vacation rental site has had a 300% increase in traffic the last couple of days due to the fact that the area they are in has a unique, world famous, Fourth of July event that lots of people search for and want to be there to see.  do any of you know other seasonal or holiday related search surges that occur that you would care to share?
