If you live in rainy country like I do (Seattle...another inch of rain today), every time it rains I have to make the rounds to my listings to replace wet real estate flyers on my signs. 

Strange as it may seem, prospects tend to leave the brochure boxes open...especially in when it's raining. 

I found a great product at www.FlyerShield.com.  It's like a roof over my brochure box.  For the cost of a few batches of color real estate brochures, I know my brochures are going to be dry ...no matter the weather.
