It's time to get on the phone and call all previous clients with Preapprovals that are first time homebuyers.  They are allowed a $7500 tax write off this year.  They need to be informed that they will help the economy and themselves by buying now.  This Buyer's Market cycle happens every 7 years and they need to take advantage of the opportunity now.  They are buying equity, getting back $7500 from Uncle Sam, and allowed the normal write offs every American is allowed when they buy a home.  It is a no brainer to stop paying their Landlords mortgage payment now.
