IMPROPER PRICING NOT PROVIDING EASY ACCESS POOR HOUSEKEEPING FAILURE TO MAKE REPAIRS POOR STAGING LACK OF GOOD MARKETING EMOTIONAL DECISIONS NOT UNDERSTANDING THE MARKET UNQUALIFIED PROSPECTS CHOOSING THE WRONG AGENT OR NOT USING ONE AT ALL! Sometimes we wonder why our home does not sell and usually your agent will let you know why. If not then maybe the list above can be helpful.
