I supposed it's always been there, but maybe I either didn't notice it or my clients were, in the main, all above it. I suspect it's a smidgen of both. But I've started to notice it lately with startling frequency, especially in the Question and Answer section of our nearly 43,000 member Active Rain blogs. Fellow Active Rain blogger, John Elwell of Bill Nye's Century 21 office in Zephyrhills, Florida, made an interesting comment to one of the people who wrote and asked the question, "How can I get out of a contract?" John noted that it is a question that seems to be posed here very frequently, and John's observation is right.
