how to sell: MEGA SELLING -- SECRETS OF A MASTER SALESMAN - 12/05/11 09:45 AM
If you're like I am, you're a sucker for how-to books, tapes, videos and seminars on the art of selling. When you've read a few of them, listened to a handful of tapes and videos, and lialed away a day or two at a couple of seminars, future ones bring very little new ideas. In major cities of Texas, and maybe places elsewhere, there are big used bookstores called Half-Price Books. They are fun places to root around to see what you can discover and buy cheap. how to sell: YOU, INC. - 05/05/08 10:00 PM
For the majority of my life I've been a voracious reader. When we were children just learning to read, we were introduced to what was the first free public library in Texas, Galveston's Rosenberg Library. There was a wonderful children's librarian there, Miss Emma Lee, who devoted her time and talent to showing Galveston kids the wonders of a library, and the pleasures of reading. I've never been much for novels. Instead, I read about people, places and events. And I read self-improvement books. Frankly I'm interested in what makes people tick, and what I can do to make me tick better. Harry

The Willie Payne Family's Famous Himalayan Singing Kitten Enterprise BY BILL CHERRY, DALLAS BROKER-REALTOR {---RE/MAX GALVESTON'S WILLIE PAYNE Willie Payne is the owner of the Re/Max office in Galveston, Texas, and he is the absolute most noted authority on Galveston's famous resort home living, in my opinion. And he should be, for after all, he was selling and promoting the real estate around the Galveston Country Club long before the rich and famous started buying there. We're talking about thirty years. He's a Galveston character. Ask him what he does in his spare time, and he'll proudly tell you he's a member of
